The device comprises screwed steel pins 5, 7, 14, 16 etc., pin fixing holders 4, 6 etc., holding members 3, 17 etc. for adjustably fixing the pin fixing holder, position and rotation adjusting means 2, 11, 27, 32, and arched members 1, 12 and support bolts 18, 28 for adjustably mounting the said adjusting means. The holding member may include slotted supporting plates for backward and forward movement of the pin fixing holders.
