PURPOSE:To process electric components efficiently by providing the electric component clamping jig which is fitted with clamping parts where the lead wire of an electric component can be clamped and released from being clamped. CONSTITUTION:The electric component clamping jig 2 is supported on annular guide paths 3a-3d by guide plates 21 and 22 of the path 3a and moves in the lengthwise direction of the path 3a. Then, an electric component A which is taped to a base plate 23 is extracted by an extraction supply body 5 and clamped to the electric component clamping jig 2. The electric component clamping jig 2 which clamps the electric component A at a station 2A is sent intermittently by a lateral moving body 4a by one pitch of the electric component a as shown by an arrow. The component main body C of the electric component A which is conveyed to a station 2v is processed by the film processing and drying processing at a film processing and drying part 13.
