METHOD FOR MAINTENANCE OF MEDICAL TOOL AND MAINTENANCE APPARATUS THEREFOR

PURPOSE: To sterilize a medical appliance without using any chemical by adding an oil inside the appliance after the inside and the outside of the medical appliance are sterilized by boiling, and removing the oil by blowing warm air and adding a solvent. CONSTITUTION: In the maintenance work including sterilization of a medial appliance, an appliance 2 is stored in a dirt-removing chamber 1, the cold air from an air supply system 3 is blown against the appliance 2, and the outside is cleaned by rinsing the appliance 2 through circulation of water from a water supply system 10 during the blowing. After the inside and the outside of the appliance 2 are sterilized through boiling in a water tank, the hot air is blown to dry the inside of the appliance 2. While the hot air is blown, an oil from a container 5 is added to the inside of the appliance 2 to lubricate the appliance 2, and then, excessive oil in the appliance 2 is removed by blowing hot air, and a solvent from a container 7 is added, the oil on the outside is removed to complete the final cleaning, and perform drying.
