PSOLUTION: In the method for managing the maintenance of the medical image diagnostic apparatus by a remote computer connected via a communication line, the maintenance management method is provided with a step St11 for preparing log data on the use status of the medical image diagnostic apparatus, a step St12 for transmitting the log data prepared therein to the remote computer via the communication line, a step for storing the log data transmitted therein as data comprising a prescribed database on the remote computer, and a step St14 for analyzing the use status of the medical image diagnostic apparatus so as to display it based on the log data stored as data comprising the database.
