In addition, in a signal changing circuit 23, five signals from the group of key switches are converted to each pulse signal. In addition, on a displaying part 2 consisting of at least seven step displaying bodies D1-D8, a displaying body is driven for displaying by a signal from a switch 7 and when the key switch is operated, a displaying body of the corresponding step is driven for an on/off displaying. In addition, in a prohibiting circuit 18, only when there exists either signal of the key switches, inputting of a seven foul signal outputted from a switch 7 into the displaying part for the seven foul signal, is stopped.
