PURPOSE:To prevent the shear deformation of a rubber layer from being generated, by forming a bearing device, with the rubber layer between both the bearing bodies of a bearing body fixed on an upper structure and the bearing body of a lower structure, and by connecting the lower metal plate of the rubber layer to the upper bearing body with a stopper. CONSTITUTION:A slide forcing structure rubber bearing device is basically composed of a metallic movable bearing body 9 fixed on an upper structure 8, a base plate 6 fixed on a lower structure 5, and a rubber bearing body 4 between the bearing body 9 and the plate 6. The rubber bearing body 4 is fixed on the bearing body 9 via the upper metal plate 11 of the upper section of a rubber layer 1, and is slidably fitted on the plate 6 via the lower metal plate 2 of the lower section of the rubber layer 1. Besides, the lower metal plate 2 is engaged with the bearing body 9 via a stopper 10. As a result, the shear deformation of the rubber layer is prevented from being generated, and the rubber bearing body can be slidably moved.
