PURPOSE: To achieve a specified function even under conditions where the observation time of a satellite and the reception time by a ground station do not match when creating a catalog data for quick-look processing. ;CONSTITUTION: A telemetry signal (b) within a mission data (a) is extracted by a synchronization part 1 and a satellite time (c) is reproduced in real time by a telemetry demodulation/satellite time reproduction part 2. A time comparison part 3 compares a reproduction satellite time (c) with a start time (d) for each scene which is calculated from the satellite flight previously and then outputs a time agreement signal (e). A quick-look processing part 4 converts mission data to video signal based on the time agreement signal (e) using a formatting signal (f) from the synchronization part 1 and then records it, thus creating a catalog for each one scene.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
