TESTING MACHINE OF POWER CIRCULATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To provide a testing machine with good responding ability even when a torque is changed, by controlling the rotating movement of a third shaft of a torque loader, so that a dummy gear is not necessary to be changed even when the speed ratio of a test piece with respect to the dummy gear is changed. CONSTITUTION:A direct current motor 25 is connected to a third shaft of a torque loader T/L 4 through a gear box 10. The rotation of the direction current motor 25 is controlled by adjusting the power supply from a power source 32 by a control circuit 30. Since a test piece M/G 1 is different in the speed ratio from a dummy gear D/G 7, there is a difference in the rotating number N1 and N2 between a first shaft and second shaft of the torque loader 4. The rotation of the motor 25 is so controlled that, if a torque instruction is 0, the deflection to be obtained at a deflection detecting point P2 becomes 0, and accordingly the test piece M/G 1 is loaded with 0 torque. When some torque instruction is supplied, signals corresponding to the torque instruction are obtained at detecting points P4, P3 and P2, and the motor 25 is controlled so as to render the detected torque signals at the points P4, P3 and P2 to be 0. When the detected torque is coincident with the value of the torque instruction, an output signal of an amplifier 35 becomes 0, so that the instructed torque is maintained.
