PURPOSE: To smooth the work of implanting an electrode fixture in the cardiac fascia, to prevent damage to the tissue and to keep a pace-maker active for a long time. ;CONSTITUTION: Each of a large diameter stainless tube 2 having a predetermined length and an inner diameter D₂, and a small diameter stainless tube 3 having an outer diameter D₃ equal to the inner diameter D₂, is formed on the outer periphery of its one end part with a tapered part 4, and on the outer periphery of its the other end part with a rounded part 5, and the rounded part 5 of the small diameter stainless tube 5 is fitted in the tapered part 4 of the large diameter stainless tube 2, and these fitted parts 7 are caulked.
