PURPOSE:To carry out feedwater distribution control easily by eliminating the case in which distribution control of the feedwater to an exhaust gas cooler and a high pressure feedwater heater becomes an external distrubance to the control of the boiler feedwater. CONSTITUTION:The exhaust gas of a gas turbine is supplied to the boiler 1 of a steam turbine plant. And, to a high pressure feedwater heater 10 that heats the feedwater to the boiler an exhaust gas cooler 16 that heats part of the feedwater to the above mentioned boiler 1 by the exhaust gas from the boiler is connected in parallel, and at the same time a flow rate regulating valve 31 is provided only for the high pressure feedwater heating system, and a feedwater distribution control is made for the high pressure feedwater heater system and the exhaust gas cooler system.
