ONLINE HAND-WRITTEN CHARACTER RECOGNITION DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the operability for input of hand-written characters and to perform the efficient processing by skipping menus with a menu display means to display an objective menu. CONSTITUTION:Hand-written characters writted in a hand-written character input part 1 are compared with contents of a character recognition dictionary 2, where features of hand-written characters are preliminarily registered, and are recognized by a character recognition part 3. Recognized characters are sent to a display part 6 and a menu discriminating part 4. The history of selected menus is recorded by the menu discriminating part 4 and is sent to a menu display means 5. Hierarchical menus are skipped by the menu display means 5 to select an objective menu, and this menu is displayed on the display part 6.
