摘要

PURPOSE: To improve resolution and detection sensitivity, and to achieve high resolution inverse photoelectron spectroscopic measurement by evaporating a potassium chloride on a first dynode of a photomultiplier tube, into a predetermined thickness. ;CONSTITUTION: Potassium chloride is evaporated on a first dynode of a photomultiplier tube 38 into a thickness of 500-1000Å, in a band-pass filter type photodetector for inverse photoelectron spectroscopy by which a photon beam 36 is incident in the photomultiplier tube 38 of a low cut filter having a window material 37 of a high cut filter. The band width of the photodetector is narrowed thereby, and the resolution and the detection sensitivity are improved, and a high resolution inverse photoelectron spectroscopic measurement is thus possible.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
