PURPOSE:To obtain a heat-resistant alloy wherein an oxide is finely dispersed and excellent in secondary recrystallization characteristic by incorporating a stable oxide powder into an alloy powder having a face-centered cubic structure and mechanically alloying the mixture. CONSTITUTION:A stable oxide powder of both the stable oxide powder and unstable oxide powder are incorporated by 1.5-5wt.% into the alloy powder having a face-centered cubic structure and contg. =2 kinds of elements. The mixed powder is mechanically alloyed in an inert gas atmosphere to obtain a composite powder. Y2O3, ThO2, Al2O3.PrO2, etc., are used for the stable oxide powder, and TiO2, NiO, PdO, etc., for the unstable oxide powder. The composite powder is excellent in creap rupture strength, the creep strength is not lowered even if the oxide powder content is restricted, and the composite powder has excellent high-temp. strength.
