PURPOSE:To enhance construction efficiency and improve quality by continuously measuring penetration speed of excavation of a treatment machine and comparing the measured values with the speed regions divided into blocks beforehand to obtain injection quantity by arithmetic processing. CONSTITUTION:Injection quantity of stabilizer is divided into blocks corresponding to the dispersion of excavation penetration speed of a treatment machine under conditions that injection quantity of stabilizer specified by design does not become insufficient, corresponding to construction depth and excavation penetration speed of the treatment machine. And the treatment machine is controlled so as to attain certain excavation penetration speed, as a target, which is advantageous in construction and continuously changing excavation penetration speed is measured to input it into a control device 8. Next, in the device 8, said speed is compared with the divided speed regions so that arithmetic processing is performed to find out injection quantity corresponding to said regions and stabilizer of said injection quantity based on said processing is injected.
