PURPOSE:To reduce production cost by solidifying molten steel for two phase stainless having the specified wt.% Ni, Cr, etc., after cooling rapidly on a rotating surface of roll, to form a thin strip. CONSTITUTION:The compositions of components for the molten two phase stainless steel consist of by weight =0.02% C, =2.0% Si, =3.0% Mn, 3-10% Ni, 20-35% Cr, 0.5-6.0% Mo, 0.08-0.3% N, and a little specified quantities of the other elements, such as W, V, B, and Cu.
