PURPOSE: To improve the tire quality and extend the bladder life by eliminating a structural defect in a stress concentrating position in expansion and contraction of a shoulder bladder. ;CONSTITUTION: A cover rubber 18 of a bladder, a body fly 17, an inner rubber 16 and metal cords 13, 14 which are constituting elements of assembly parts are wrapped by a cord/rubber combined bodies 11, 12 to become a single body. The constituting elements from G-position to I-position are wrapped by the cord/rubber combined bodies 11, 12 in the order of G-F-E-D-C-B-A-I. At that time, the cord/rubber combined bodies 11, 12 are arranged so as to position in 90° based on the circumferential direction.
