INSTRUMENT FOR MEASURING CONCENTRATION OF DAUGHTER NUCLIDE OF RADON

PURPOSE: To obtain an instrument for measuring concentration of the daughter nuclide of radon which can prevent the adhesion of the daughter nuclide to a section other than a filter to the utmost and can simultaneously detect all and free components of the daughter nuclide. ;CONSTITUTION: This instrument is provided with a roll paper capture detecting section 22 which automatically catches all components of the daughter nuclide of radon, roll mesh capture detecting section 24 which automatically catches such free components of the daughter nuclide that do not adhere to aerosol, etc., and arithmetic section 2 which calculates the concentration, etc., of all and free components of the daughter nuclide from detected all and free components. All components of the daughter nuclide are automatically caught by means of the section 22 and the free components which do not adhere to aerosol are automatically caught by means of the 24. Then the section 26 calculates the concentration of all and free components of the daughter nuclide, equilibrium equivalent radon concentration, etc., from all and free components of the daughter nuclide.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
