METHOD FOR CULTURING SNOW CRAB AND ITS SUBMARINE STOCK FARM

PURPOSE:To provide the subject method for proliferating and culturing snow crabs which can efficiently be proliferated and cultured and the subject submarine stock farm for proliferating and culturing the snow crabs of a simple construction. CONSTITUTION:A region of a prescribed area at the sea bottom suitable for inhabitation of snow crabs 2 is surrounded with a fence member 10 equipped with a sidewall stretched with a net incapable of passing the snow crabs therethrough and a return member additionally installed in the sidewall for preventing the snow crabs 2 from climbing over the member. Thereby, the snow crabs 2 are proliferated and cultured on the inside of the fence member 10.
