METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SIZING WARP MADE OF TEXTILE THREAD

PURPOSE: To reduce the quantity of overall energy consumption even with the same or higher throughput capacity, reduce the thread hairiness at the same time, achieve a better weaving efficiency and further reduce especially even a required space of an apparatus. ;CONSTITUTION: This apparatus is obtained by installing a preparation zone connected to the rear of at least one inlet guide roller 12, respectively providing at least one size application roller 21 or 22 closer to the one or the other side of the warps 10 and 11 following on the preparation zone and further a drying range 31 and an outlet guide roller 46 connected to the rear thereof in the apparatus for sizing warps made of textile threads by application of a liquor size with rollers and subsequently removing the excess liquor size by means of roller conveyance in dehumidifying and drying zones.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO
