摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the mellow subject beverage of lees of Japanese rice wine containing fruit wine and an extract of lees of Japanese rice wine and containing a prescribed value or above of alcohol content, abundant in nutrition and excellent in palatability and mass production. CONSTITUTION:The objective beverage of lees of Japanese rice wine contains fruit wine such as apricot wine or apple wine and lees extract (extracted from lees of rice wine) or lees liquid of 15% based on total weight and contains =1% alcohol content.
