PURPOSE: To enhance rice washing efficiency by longitudinally aligning the respective mechanisms for rice washing treatment along a rice washing treatment line and transferring the material to be treated under gravitational effect by opening/closing control operation of the shutter means provided in the respective mechanisms. ;CONSTITUTION: A quantitative hopper mechanism 3, a first rice washing tank 4, a separation passage means 24, a second rice washing tank 5 and a dewatering carrier bucket 6 are longitudinally aligned successively from the upper part of a machine frame 2 so that the material to be washed for rice washing treatment can be moved for the frame 2 by the gravitational effect along the previously decided rice washing treatment line. The title device is constituted so that the material to be treated can be moved under gravitational effect by opening/closing control operation of shutter means 10, 16 provided in the quantitative hopper mechanism 3, the first rice washing tank 4 and the second rice washing tank 5. Thereby quantitative properties can be secured during rice washing treatment and after treatment in relation to measured and supplied rice and also rice washing treatment efficiency is enhanced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
