METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FLOCKED SHOES WITHOUT WATER LEAKAGE FROM MOCCASIN PART

PURPOSE: To prevent a moccasin part from water leakage by pasting with adhesives an exposed portion of an unvulcanized rubber sheet of a moccasin material having a back cloth adhering only to the wearing port side on an exposed portion of an unvulcanized rubber sheet in a moccasin shell material part and butting the rear parts of instep to be applied to the sole and vulcanized. ;CONSTITUTION: An exposed portion 1b of an unvulcanized rubber sheet having no flock in a shell material 1 cut into a predetermined shape is provided in a portion in which a moccasin part is provided. This portion has the area smaller than that of the tip side of a toe of a moccasin material 2. The moccasin material 2 has a flocked surface 2a and the rear face to which a back cloth 2c extending to the border of the wearing port side adheres. An unvulcanized rubber sheet 2b exposed to the back face of the tip side of the toe of the moccasin material 2 adheres to the exposed portion 1b of the unvulcanized rubber sheet provided on the surface of a portion provided with a moccasin part of a front instep portion of the shell material 1 through an adhesive of vulcanized type rubber.
