DEVICE FOR PREVENTING GENERATION OF COIL TIGHTENING FLAW OF STRIP IN TEMPER ROLLING

PURPOSE: To prevent coil tightening flaw of a strip recoiled from the pay-off reel from generating in the temper rolling of a cold rolled steel sheet. ;CONSTITUTION: A pressure roll 3 pressurizing a strip from the outer circumference, an actuator 4 for pressurizing applying a prescribed pressure to the pressure roll 3, actuators 4', 4" for moving which moves the actuator 4 in the axial direction of the pressure roll 3, an edge position detector 6 detecting the edge position of a coil 1, and a roll position controlling device 7 that the deviation signal of the edge position detected with the edge position detector 6 is inputted and such a signal as to eliminate this deviation is outputted to the actuators 4', 4" are provided. Therefore, the generation of the coil tightening flaw of the strip is prevented.
