PURPOSE: To safely form a powder paint film on the surface and cut surface of a double-coated PCM steel panel with good production efficiency and to adapt the coated article even to a use wherein inner surface aesthetic appearance and high corrosion resistance are required. ;CONSTITUTION: A conductive film with surface resistivity of 10¹²Ω/sq or less is formed on the rear film of a double-coated PCM steel panel or the rear film of the double-coated PCM steel panel is constituted of the conductive film with surface resistivity of 10¹²Ω/sq or less and powder paint is electrostatically applied to the surface of the PCM steel panel to form a powder paint film on the surface and cut surface of the PCM steel panel.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
