PURPOSE:To remarkably improve the adhesion of Zn-Ni-Mo alloy composite plating excellent in corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION:At least on either side of a steel sheet, as a primary layer, a Zn-Ni alloy plated layer having, by weight, =20% Ni content and 10mg/m2 to 10g/m2 plating adhesion is formed, on which, as a secondary layer, Zn Ni-Mo alloy composite plating of which Zn-Ni alloy plating having =50g/m2 adhesion and 5 to 30% Ni content is dispersedly incorporated with molybdenum oxide by 0.01 to 40% as Mo metal is formed.
