PURPOSE:To enhance fluidity, moldability and strength by blending gypsum and CaCO3 with blast furnace slag fine powder. CONSTITUTION:A cement admixture is obtained by blending both 10-100 pts. wt. (expressed in terms of anhydride) gypsum having 2000-9000cm2/g Blaine specific surface area and 5-50 pts.wt. CaCO3 with blast furnace slag fine powder having =2000 cm2/g Blaine specific surface area so that the total amount of the gypsum and CaCO3 becomes 5 to 25wt.%. Clinker powder or cement is mixed with this cement admixture and this mixture is molded. Thereafter the molded body is cured by steam at 30-100 deg.C for 5-60 hours to obtain a cement hardened body having high strength.
