PURPOSE: To supply deoxidized water only to loads through a water supply piping in a stabilized manner by a method wherein a gadget for preventing raw water flowing into a water-receiving tank from mixing with deoxidized water stored in the water-receiving tank is provided. ;CONSTITUTION: A partition board 2 is provided in a water-receiving tank 1, and the said water-receiving tank 1 is divided into two sections, a first water storage section 11 and a second water storage section 12, and both the first and the second water storage sections 11 and 12 are made to communicate with each other by providing a through port 3. A raw water supply line 4 that suplies the raw water to the water-receiving tank 1 is connected to the first water storage section 11, and a water supply line 5 that supplies the water stored in the water-receiving tank 1 to loads 8 is connected to the second water storage section 12. A deoxidizing line 7 that is constructed with a deoxidizing apparatus 6 interposed therein is provided, and by connecting one end on the upstream side of the deoxidizing line and the other end on the downstream side thereof respectively to the first water storage section 11 of the water-receiving tank 1 and to the water supply line 5, the deoxidized water stored in the second water storage section 12 can be supplied in accordance with requirements by the loads without being mixed with the raw water flowing into the first water storage section 11. The raw water flowing into the first water storage section 11 is sent to the deoxidizing apparatus 6 through the deoxidizing line 7 and is certainly deoxidized there.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
