PRODUCT FOR BACTEROIDES INTERMEDIUS, BACTEROIDES GINGIVALIS, OR ACTINOBACILLUS ACTINOMYCETEMCOMITANS, TEST KIT, AND SANDWICH ASSAY

PURPOSE: To detect all or some of serum types of microbe bacteroides intermedius, bacteroides gingivalis, or actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans by using a microporous water-insoluble film which forms a water-insoluble product by sticking a reagent. ;CONSTITUTION: A specimen containing at least one kind of serum type of a microbe is brought into contact with a microporous film on which at least one kind of reactive antibody, etc., for one of serum types is stuck as a water- insoluble reagent and brought into contact with an antibody, etc., having the same reactivity with an antibody labeled so that the same antigen can be detected. Then an immunological sandwich complex which is bound is formed on a film and unbouond substances are washed away. The water-insoluble reagent consists of particles obtained by binding an antibody, etc., and the particles are all present on the film without being embedded in pores of the film. As the label of the antibody of the specimen, a labeled complex on the film is detected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO
