PURPOSE:To form a nearly flat groove at a prescribed depth in the bottom of a furrower and sow seeds and seedlings without any difference in height by providing the furrower equipped with left and right side plates which are rigid bodies installed in a backward opposite state in left and right of a front plate which is a rigid body. CONSTITUTION:A furrower equipped with left and right side plates (3a) and (3b) which are rigid bodies on the left and right sides of a front plate 2 which is a rigid body installed in a backward opposite state is provided under a mobile pedestal 1 for horizontally running on paddy field and farmland to form grooves at a prescribed depth. Seeds and seedlings are accurately sown in flat groove bottom soil of the groove bottom.
