PLOTTING METHOD BY COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN DEVICE

PURPOSE:To attain a plotting method in order to simply change and move the graphic elements when e plotting task is carried out by a computer aided design device. CONSTITUTION:When the graphic element of a single surface is drawn in the 3rd angle drawing, the feature point data on the element are stored and at the same time a draft line passing through the feature point is automatically generated. This draft line is displayed for a fixed time and erased. When the graphic element of the other side face of the graphic element is drawn, a draft line is produced again with designation of the graphic element and used to carry out the drawing. These drawing operations are divided into the groups. When the graphic element is changed or moved, the relative data on those graphic elements turned into the groups are automatically changed and stored with designation end change of the graphic element or the input of the movement data. Then a result image is also displayed.
