In the separate pipe, an axial fan 3 is provided and the blades 6 of the fan are provided so that they are faced toward both flow lines for blowing and exhausting air, and polluted air from a facing is sucked into the exhausting flow line in the separate pipe by the rotation of the blades and exhausted out of a tunnel through an exhausting air pipe 8. At the same time, fresh air fed from a mouth is sucked and fed to the blowing flow line through a blowing air pipe 9. Since air may be mixed at this time, it is controlled by a pressure control valve 10 and a throttle valve 11.
