STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE, SEAL MEMBER USED FOR STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE AND WELL CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE

摘要

PURPOSE: To obviate the need of concrete discharging and digging work for the interior of a joint steel pipe by installing a seal member on the joint steel pipe of a steel pipe sheet pile formed of a main steel pipe and a joint steel pipe having a notch portion to cut off the notch portion. ;CONSTITUTION: A steel pipe sheet pile 10 is formed of fixing joint steel pipes 3 where a notch portion 4 is formed on both sides of a main steel pipe 2. The joint steel pipe 3 is formed by mounting a seal member 20 for shielding the notch portion 4. The seal material 20 is formed long using synthetic resin material by extrusion molding. The seal member is bent upward and a mounting surfaces 21 having a circular arc section are formed on the lower side thereof. The mounting surfaces 21 are provided corresponding to opposite notch portions of the outer peripheral surface of the joint steel pipe 3. Subsequently, the mounting surfaces 21 are brought into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the joint steel pipe 3 to shield the notch portion 4. Thus, concrete can be prevented from entering the joint steel pipe 3 through the notch portion 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
