MANUFACTURE OF ELASTIC-LAYER-CONCRETE COMPOSITE BLOCK PAVEMENT MATERIAL BY PRESSURE MOLDING METHOD

PURPOSE:To increase the adhesive strength of an elastic layer and concrete by integrally molding three layers of the elastic layer, a mortar layer and a concrete layer through pressing. CONSTITUTION:An elastic layer constituted by exposing one part of an intermediate joining element onto one surface is formed. Forms formed into a size, in which the elastic layer can be fitted, are prepared, and the elastic layer is placed on the bottom of the forms while upward directing the exposed surface of the intermediate joining element. Mortar composed of water, cement and fine aggregate and various admixtures compounded as required is charged. Concrete consisting of water, cement fine aggregate, coarse aggregate and various admixtures blended as required is charged. The elastic layer, mortar and concrete are pressed in 30-80kgf/cm2 by a pressing machine, and three layers of the elastic layer, a mortar layer and a concrete layer are unified, thus acquiring a desired elastic-layer-concrete composite block pavement material.
