METHOD AND DEVICE FOR OBSTACLE SHAM EXPERIENCE ON DRIVING SCHOOL CAR

PURPOSE: To enable a trainee on a specific driving school car to have an sham experience in emergency braking, danger evasion, etc., by emitting infrared rays from the driving school car which is running, and sensing them and generating an obstacle on a road surface by an obstacle generation part. ;CONSTITUTION: An infrared-ray sensing part 12 is provided on the road surface side of a driving school site and an obstacle generation part 16 is associated with the infrared-ray sensing part 12; and an infrared-ray emission device 18 mounted on a driving school car 14 in travel training on the road surface on the driving school site emits the infrared rays, which are sensed by the infrared- ray sensing part 12 to put the obstacle generation part 16 in operation. Then the obstacle is generated in front of the driving school car 14 in the travel to make the trainee on the driving school car 14 make a sham practice in emergency braking, danger evasion, etc., by the obstacle sham experience method for the obstacle and an obstacle sham experience device 22 for the driving school car 14.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
