GARAGE OF ADJACENT HOUSE FOR FRIENDLY NEIGHBORSHIP

PURPOSE: To secure the chance of residents getting acquainted with each other in the process of going to/coming from garages by arranging a second garage of each of adjacent houses at a space for friendly neighborship. ;CONSTITUTION: Garages for one vehicle space A1, B1, C1, D1, E1 are provided in respective house lots. Also, at one zone which is composed of houses A-E, a space S1 for friendly neighborship consisting of passages 2 to respective houses and green spaces 3, 4, 5, is formed. A cover body 1 that can be removed to a side is provided at a road R so as to prevent vehicles or the like from passing through from the road R where many people and vehicles come and go. And garages A2, B2, C2, D2, E2 for the 2nd vehicle of each house are provided at green spaces 3, 5, and mutual friendship in the neighborhood is realized by residents entering into the space S1 for friendly neighborship in the process of going to/coming from garages.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
