The household appliance arrangement (1) comprises two household appliances (4 to 6), where the latter household appliance is arranged adjacent to the former household appliance in the horizontal direction. The two household appliances are arranged on the same horizontal level with their upper edges (4a to 6a) and with their lower edges (4b to 6b) at the front side (4c to 6c). An edge strip (7,8) made of metal is arranged on the edges with the same height extending uninterrupted over the width of the home appliances. The edge strip is detachably arranged at the home appliances.
