LUNCH RESERVATION SYSTEM FOR ATTENDANCE SYSTEM DEVICE

PURPOSE: To facilitate the lunch reservation and also the confirmation of attendance required at the coming-to-office time by providing a YES/NO switch to an attendance system device to confirm the daily lunch reservation. ;CONSTITUTION: An employee comes to his office and puts his ID card storing his own information into a card reader 2. The reader 2 reads the employee data 14 stored previously in a floppy disk 7 and performs the collation of the data in a CPU 1. Thus the attendance and the attendant time of the card user are written into the attendance/lunch reservation record 16 and the monthly attendance record 17. At the same time, a personal message 15 and the lunch reservation confirming instruction are shown on a display 9. Then the card user pushes a YES/NO switch 3 based on the lunch reservation confirming instruction. Thus the name of the card user is recorded into a lunch reserver list 18 and the reservation record is added to the record 16.
