PURPOSE: To quantitatively measure 2.5S type human nerve growth factor by bringing a sample into contact with anti-analyzing matter antibody bonded or absorbed to a solid support to form a solid phase, and incubating the phase by monoclonal antibody. ;CONSTITUTION: To form a solid phase of anti-analyzing matter antibody to confirm human nerve growth factor(NGF), a biological liquid sample to be detected is brought into contact with the antianalyzing matter antibody bonded or absorbed to a solid support. The phase and biological liquid sample are isolated, surfactant and 2.5S type human NGF is recognized, and the solid phase is incubated in the presence of monoclonal antibody bonded thereto. The quantity of the monoclonal antibody bonded to the 2.5 type human NGF is quantitatively measured to measure the 2.5S type human NGF amount.
