RELEASING METHOD FOR MATRIX, MANUFACTURE OF CASTS AND MATRIX RELEASING SHEET USED FOR THE SAME METHOD

PURPOSE: To provide the above releasing method for a matrix from a cast simply in a short time, the manufacturing method for casts and a MATRIX releasing sheet. ;CONSTITUTION: A casting material is filled until wax patterns 11 and 12 disposed in a vessel 16 are hidden, and a first cast section 17 is manufactured, and a cast releasing sheet 18 composed of ceramic fiber is disposed on the first cast section 17 in a manner of not being brought into contact with wax patterns 11 and 12. A cast material is filled to the upper end of the casting vessel 16 above the sheet 18 to manufacture a second cast section 19. The cast material is cured and then heated to eliminate the wax patterns 11 and 12 and manufacture the matrix. A glass molten body is cast in the cast and cured completely, when the cast is released from the casting vessel 16. The matrix is separated by using the sheet 18 as a boundary and the second cast section 19 is removed, and then the sheet 18 is released from the first cast section 17, and the first cast section 17 is removed without damaging the cast material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
