摘要
PURPOSE: To enable an iron core assembly to be easily and surely verified in an early assembly stage by a method wherein the magnetization characteristics of a three-phase transformer are measured by the use of an alternate current power supply and a direct current power supply making use of two phases of a three-phase transformer when the transformer is manufactured in a factory or before or after it is transported to a site or when it is reassembled. ;CONSTITUTION: The primary or secondary winding of two phases (three combinations) out of a three-phase transformer are connected to an alternate current power supply 3 in parallel, and the other windings are connected in series to a direct current power supply 4 through the intermediary of a control resistor 8. An adequate direct current is made to flow though the primary or secondary winding wires (for instance, primary winding) of transformers 1 and 2 to produce a direct current magnetic flux in cores through a direct current power supply 4 and the control resistor 8. Then, an alternate current voltage is applied to the other windings (secondary winding) from an alternate current power supply 3 to generate an alternate current magnetic flux in iron cores. A direct current magnetic flux and an alternate current magnetic flux are added together in the cores of the transformer 1 and 2. At this point, the indication of an ammeter 6 is read, increasing or decreasing an alternate current magnetic flux keeping a direct current magnetic flux (current) constant.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
