摘要

PURPOSE: To improve the strain rate sensitivity exponent m-value and fracture elongation of a TiAl-base intermetallic compound alloy. ;CONSTITUTION: The alloy has a basic composition represented by TiYAlCrX by atomic ratio (where 1%≤X≤5%, 47.5%≤Y≤52%, and X+2Y≥100%) and also has a fine structure where β-phases are precipitated in the grain boundaries of equiaxied γ-grains of ≥30μm grain size. This alloy has superplastic phenomena of ≥0.40 m-value by stretching at 1200°C at 5×10-4s-1 strain rate and ≥400% fracture elongation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
