METHOD FOR FERMENTING AND TREATING INCINERATED ASH OF TREATED MATERIAL AND FERTILIZER USING INCINERATED ASH OF TREATED MATERIAL AS RAW MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To convert incinerated ash into a fertilizer and resources by subjecting the incinerated ash of a treated material using a waste disposal material with a high moisture and phosphorus contents as a raw material sludge to depositing and fermenting treatment. CONSTITUTION:A waste disposal material with a high moisture and phosphorus contents such as livestock feces or sludge after raw sewage treatment is used as a raw material sludge, dried and incinerated. The obtained incinerated ash of the waste disposal material as a moisture regulating material in a high- temperature state is mixed with the raw material sludge, deposited and fermented. The incinerated ash of the disposal material as a component regulating material for phosphoric acid and potassium component is blended to afford a phosphatic fertilizer mixture.
