INDIVIDUALIZING APPARATUS IN SORTER OF LIVE EEL

PURPOSE: To positively feed live eels E one by one to a weighing means with eliminating the translation or advancement in file of the eels E supplied by a large volume in an apparatus which weighs each eel while the eel is sent on a bed inclined from one side to the other side. ;CONSTITUTION: In the middle of a channel 4 to which many live eels E are dropped by the gravity, a weighing means is provided in this separating apparatus. A pipe member 7a of the allowance of only one eel E as a measurement object is arranged at the immediate upper side of the weighing means. The eels E are controlled to enter or come out of the apparatus by a variable area gate 8 at the upper stream side of the pipe member 7a and a shutting lid 9 at an end part of the lower stream side of tone pipe member 7a, so that the eels are sent to the weighing means one by one.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
