THREAD TRANSFERRING-OUT/CUTTING DEVICE OF HAND STITCH SEWING MACHINE

PURPOSE: To automatize the device by calculating the thread feed quantity, based on sewing data inputted in advance and transferring out by controlling the transfer-out quantity of a thread transfer-out mechanism, cutting a thread by operating a cutting mechanism, and also, preparing the next cycle in the course of sewing. ;CONSTITUTION: When sewing data is inputted from an operating panel, an arithmetic means calculates the feed quantity of a thread, and also, calculates the driving pulse quantity of a pulse motor PM. Based thereon, a control signal is outputted to a motor driver PM1 from a control means 14a and the pulse motor PM is rotated. In such a ways a thread 2a is inserted and held by rollers 7, 8 and hangs down from a second thread guide 12. Subsequently, when a prescribed quantity is fed out, the motor PM stops and it is also stopped to feed out the thread. In such a state, an air cylinder AS operates and the thread 2a is cut with a dynamic knife 10. Sewing is executed with this thread 2a, and also, the next thread is prepared by the same procedure in the course of this sewing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
