PURPOSE:To carry out packaging prevented from contamination with secondary polluting germs by dipping noodle-like strips consisting essentially of soybean milk containing curdlan added thereto in hot water under specific conditions and then directly hermetically sealing the noodle-like strips together with hot water. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous liquid consisting essentially of soybean milk containing curdlan added thereto is injected from a nozzle provided in the air into hot water and the resultant noodle-like strips are subsequently dipped in hot water at 70-100 deg.C for 1-10min and then directly hermetically sealed together with hot water at 95-99 deg.C to perform packaging of the noodle-like strips consisting essentially of the soybean milk for preventing deterioration.
