ANTI-CORROSION AND WATER PROOF LINING STRUCTURE OF INNER FACE OF CONCRETE BUILDING AND ITS LINING METHOD

PURPOSE: To provide a anti-corrosive and water proof lining structure of the inner face of a workable concrete construction in which the synthetic resin plate at true inside face is prevented from peeling off and an excellent anti-corrosion effect and the water proof effect can be realized at the same time. ;CONSTITUTION: In the anti-corrosive and water-proof lining structure, synthetic resin plates 2 are fixed at the inner face of a concrete construction 1 without adhesion of the synthetic resin plates, in the condition that anchor protrusions 2a of the synthetic resin plates 2 having numbers of anchor protrusions 2a at one side of the plates are buried in the inner face of the concrete structure 1 t6 force the contacting boundary face between the concrete construction 1 and the synthetic resin plates 2 to function as a continuous water pass and to form a drain hole 3 conducting to the contacting boundary face in the concrete construction 1. In this anti-corrosive and water proof lining structure, after the synthetic resin plates 2 are temporarily stuck on the face of inner frame 7 and a cylinder 3a for forming a drain hole is laid down between the synthetic resin plate 2 and the external frame 9, concrete is placed to simultaneously form the concrete construction and adhesion of the synthetic resin plate 2 and the drain hole 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
