PURPOSE: To provide a laparoscope-used instrument to apply and fix an end ligature in an abdominal cavity by looping a hollow organ by enabling a gripping tool to be movable in an instrument tube as well as to act to grip a liqating binder carried together by a spiral spring element. CONSTITUTION: This instrument is provided with an instrument tube 4 insertable into an abdominal cavity through a trocar cannula 14 having the distal end and a spiral spring element 8 which is guided in a condition of being loosened in the lengthwise direction of the instrument tube 4 under a load and can be slid out from the distal end by a slide mechanism 6. The spiral spring element 8 is formed in a dimension such that its elasticity returns a sliding-out end part to the distal end of the instrument tube 4 by a single turn, and is provided with a gripping tool 16, and the gripping tool 16 can move in the lengthwise direction in the instrument tube 4, and can slide out of the distal end, and acts to grip a plastic strip 10 as a ligating binder carried together by the spiral spring element 8.
