CLOTH ROLLER DETECTOR/CLOTH TENSION DETECTOR IN CLOTH ROLLER EXCHANGE SYSTEM IN LOOM

PURPOSE:To accomplish the title detection with a single detector. CONSTITUTION:The presence of a full roller 8A on the temporarily standing position S2 is seized through the detecting action of a proximity switch 94 for a gear on the large diameter shaft 8b of said roller 8A. This full roller 8A is revolved in the woven fabric winding direction by a full roller winding motor 43, and woven fabric W tensioned by the revolving action is cut by a cutter 80 moving its width direction. The tension is also caught by the detecting action of the proximity switch 94. The presence of an empty roller 8B on the woven fabric winding position S1 is caught by the detecting action of a proximity switch 93 for the above gear. This empty roller 8B is revolved in the woven fabric winding direction by an empty roller winding motor (not given in the figure) and the woven fabric cut end is wound on the empty roller 8B. Completion of the winding is caught by the detecting action of the proximity switch 93.
