PURPOSE:To obtain refined Japanese wine reduced in miscellaneous tastes by subjecting refined Japanese wine to treatment by loose reverse osmosis membrane and treatment by an ion exchange agent. CONSTITUTION:Refined Japanese wine is treated with loose reverse osmosis membrane under pressure to remove miscellaneous tastes, etc. Then the treated wine is treated with an ion exchange resin to carry out removal of deamino acid and deterioration factor. When feed under pressure by a pressure feed pump 2 to the loose reverse membrane 3 is repeated, water is added thereto, because unfiltrated Japanese wine 6 is concentrated.
