SYNTHESIS PROCESS OF ZEOLITE HAVING AMINO- SILICATE FRAME BELONGING TO FAUJASITE STRUCTURE GROUP,PRODUCT OBTAINED,AND APPLICATION IN AD SORPTION AND CATALYST THEREOF

PURPOSE: To obtain a zeolite having an aluminosilicate framework belonging to the faujasite structural family and showing a Si/Al ratio larger than the specified value by using the specified polyalkylene oxides as a structural agent. CONSTITUTION: A structuring agent ST comprising at least one kind of compd. selected from a polyalkylene oxide corresponding to the formula (where R and R' may be the same or different, each are hydrogen atom or alkyl group of 1-4C, X represent hydrogen atom or -OH group, m is 2 or 3 and one of the unit may differ from a unit of the adjacent, and n is a number larger than 12) is crystllized as a zeolite precursor consisting of the zeolite contg. the structuring agent in its cavities and the precursor is calcined to obtain the zeolite. By the process, the zeolite having the aluminosilicate frame-work belonging to the faujasite structural family and showing a Si/Al ratio, which is larger than 1 and may exceed 3, can be obtained.
